At Anchor Workforce Solutions we can honestly say we are a story of business evolution, of adapting and growing with the opportunities that business presented.

Starting out as N & Z Building Ltd our focus was to provide a strong, dependable workforce in the construction industry. We are grateful to all our clients that supported us to become a success in this area.

As our workforce grew, we were keen to provide them with the best work environment possible and this is where opportunity presented itself.

We discovered that we were doing a lot of the leg work when it came to payroll, verification, right to work, benefits, pension etc and we began to wonder, what benefits the service were serving us as a business and our workforce?

We decided we could do better.

First it began with just our own workforce, then others joined via word of mouth. This then expanded into self assessment support, small business support. We developed solutions to cover our expanding team, contractor workforce, partnered businesses, clients etc.

It was at this point we decided a full evolution and revamp was required. We no longer just provisioned a dependable, reliable workforce, we developed a workforce solution fully supported and anchored with certainty.

We became Anchor Workforce Solutions – Anchoring the Workforce of Tomorrow.
